01Where does our members' identifiable data physically live? In your own cloud, or a fully isolated tenant we host. Either way it never leaves your boundary.
02What happens if the vendor is acquired or shuts down? Nothing. You hold the data. We only ever touch the de-identified layer.
03Who can re-identify it? No one downstream. The identifiable layer never leaves you, which matters most in small populations.
04Where does the value go? To your mission and your members, never sold back to individuals.
05Can a member reverse consent? Yes, at any time, to any or all portions of their participation.
